Steel. The Better Building Material.

LGSBuilt uses the latest CAD software and CNC roll-forming equipment to design and manufacture cold-formed steel framing packages. The result is a cost-effective framing system suited for residential, multifamily, and commercial projects.

Unlike timber, steel does not warp, rot, split, crack, or creep. Every component is an engineered material with precisely known load-bearing capacities — manufactured to under 1mm of its design drawings. Something simply not possible with wood.

The end result is a framing system that goes up faster, more accurately, and with far less waste than any traditional construction method.

From Design to
Delivered in Weeks

01
Design & Engineering
Your project is drawn in CAD and uploaded directly into our CNC roll-forming machines. Every stud, track, truss, and joist is designed to exact specification before a single piece of steel is cut.
02
CNC Fabrication
Our panelized fabrication system divides the project into sections — walls, ceilings, roof trusses, and floor joists. Components are machine-cut, pre-drilled, and labeled to under 1mm tolerance.
03
Shipped to Site
All sections are flat-packed for efficient freight. The heaviest elements for a typical two-story home are under 300 lbs — no heavy machinery required on site. Every piece is numbered and labeled.
04
Fast On-Site Assembly
No on-site cutting, welding, or fabrication. Frames bolt or screw together using standard tools. A typical home can be fully framed in about a week — months faster than traditional methods.
Package Components

Every Package Includes
the Full Structure

All LGSBuilt framing packages are complete structural systems. Wall panels, floor joists, roof trusses — everything fabricated to your design and shipped together.

Wall framing panels
Wall Framing Panels
Cold-formed steel stud walls with pre-punched utility routing for electrical, plumbing, and insulation. Delivered as labeled panels ready to bolt together on site.
Roof trusses
Roof Trusses
Engineered roof trusses fabricated to your exact pitch and span. Pre-assembled and numbered for fast installation — no on-site cutting or measuring.
Floor joists and structure
Floor Joists & Structure
Steel floor joists and structural members sized and spaced to engineering specifications. Dramatically lighter than concrete or heavy timber — reducing foundation requirements.

Better By Design

Precise to Under 1mm
Every component is CNC-manufactured to under 1mm of its design drawings. Windows, doors, and finishes can be pre-ordered with confidence — no surprises on site.
Up to 75% Faster
Pre-fabricated panels mean no on-site cutting or measuring. A typical home can be fully framed in about a week. Construction timelines go from months to weeks.
100% Recyclable
LGSBuilt steel contains an average of 70% recycled content and is 100% recyclable at end of life. Traditional construction sends 20–30% of materials to landfill. We generate under 2% factory waste.
Fire & Pest Resistant
Steel is noncombustible — it won't promote the spread of fire. It's also 100% inorganic, making it fully resistant to termites, rodents, rot, and mold. No VOC off-gassing either.
Stronger & More Resilient
Steel is significantly stronger than wood framing. It provides superior performance in high-wind and high-seismic areas — and unlike timber, it will never warp, split, or creep over time.
Lighter Than You Think
A steel structure is much lighter than concrete or heavy timber. For a typical two-story home, the heaviest elements are under 300 lbs — reducing shipping costs and foundation requirements.
