Applications

Where custom CFS fits.

Cold-formed steel is light, strong and easy to repeat. It's a good fit for parts that would otherwise be welded, built from timber or bought off the shelf in the wrong size.

A-04

Specialty structures

A-05

Repeat building components

Standard wall, truss or floor assemblies supplied on a schedule to builders and manufacturers.

A-06

Product OEM

Steel frames for other companies' products, such as outdoor kitchens and storage systems.

Repeat production

One drawing. Hundreds of identical parts.

Once a part is modelled and proven, it can run again with no re-setup. That's how custom prefabrication becomes a reliable supply program.
